will Matthew Knights baby bombers rise and become premiership threats within the next few years? They made the finals this year but got embarassingly eliminated by Adelaide, can they take it up a gear and become premiership contenders?

i think so but its all down to their confidence they were wiped by veteran players that have been in the AFL for a few years.

the moment they get their footing i see them as a top contender for the flag in 2010 - 2013

They won't be for the flag until 2012

well their coach did scrape them into the finals this year just to get the living crap belted out of them by the Crows, i think it will come as a wake up call for them to take it up a gear and train extra hard for 2010

i can see them gradually getting better each year i actually have them 6th this year, and i reckon the year after they might make the 4

Bombers still have alot of young players who need to step up there game. I see them being contenders in about 3-6 years.

Tough to predict how the Bombers will go in 2010, are the real unknowns of 2010, could finish 5th - 10th

8th however its only gunna be a 7 team comp like last year

essendon in 2010 are gonna be one of those teams where you dunno what could happen, unpredictable.
