Banner for Team Sections?

I havent been doing much design lately, but I whipped up this. Its not my best and I dont want you to use it because its not that good - but i wasnt sure if the size was right. Is this size right? What would you want me to put on it? What details?

I think that is top work Sandiee!!

The only problem is, with forumotion you can't have a certain banner for each section.

I have asked forumotion to get it changed so that you can, but at this moment we can't do it.

In the future, if Forumotion finally decide to make it so that we can, we will ask you if you want to to an Eagles one.

It is a good idea, and I like it, we just can't do it atm.

Yeah, with Forumotions, you can't have it like VBulletin does.

I don't like the banner though, too dark and the last photo is too sketchy.
